I (finally) had some bridal portraits taken. I know, I know, it's a miracle I still fit into the dress. But that being said, I am now in the process of choosing 2 portraits to have printed. Care to cast your ballot? Which two would you print?
Wow you look so gorgeous! Was it a blast to get your bridals done? It's so hard to choose... I think I like the 3rd, 4th and last one, but you look amazing in all of them so you couldn't go wrong really!
Thanks Kels! I think I like the 3rd and last ones too. We missed chatting with you this Sunday. I was thinking of you last week when I was in Waco. Let's talk soon!
Whoa! Gorgeous! So cool to finally see them!! I like the third too because your smile is so pretty and relaxed, but it also shows your full dress. I also like the full body so you can see the dress standing too. But I know you are only picking one wedding and one church so the third. I want to see more sunday dress or is that the one you have decided on for sure?
I would print one of the first two, and one of the standing shots. The seated portrait where you aren't smiling is one I would not print because, to me, it says nothing about your personality and bridals are meant to display the bride as a whole, not just as a pretty face. Although you certainly have that. I liked the "old style" hair!
Johanna, I like #5, full length of your back, because it features your elegant custom-made gown, ribbons down your back, and slender lines, I like #4 with a "Mona Lisa"-type smile--so much can be imagined there. What other shots do you have similar to pose #6? I like the lighting on your face turned that direction. It would be fun to see more of the church dress photos, too. Well, frankly, any photo of you puts a smile on my face. Love, Mom
I love them all- but I like the two where you can see your whole dress. Of those two I like the one where you are facing forwards best- your expression seems like one you would have in real life and it is a positive image- like your stepping forward into a bright future. But then again, your mom is totally right about the other photo- it is great to see the back of your dress because your dress ROCKED. I like the last portrait best as far as set-up goes because it is so close to your face and we can really see how young and gorgeous you are, but you aren't wearing your dress in it. I also liked #4 because of your smile- it is a great shot. My vote is to pick three (don't hate me Tal) and do both full dress shots and then one close up :)
I like numbers 4, 5 and 6. Great photos from your favorite photographers! You're my favorite, but these guys were almost as good. ;-) I'd love to know which ones you choose.
